Mr. Makarov has worked for the University press since 1992 (the newspaper "Politekhnik", renamed as "Novgorod University" in 1993). He is the editor of the journal "Vremya otkrytiy (Time for discoveries)" since 2005 and the deputy chief editor of the journal Vestnik NovSU since 2013. vladlen.makarov@novsu.ru
