Топическая структура цивилистики
The topic structure of the civil law
B данном исследовании автор пытается доказать топическую структуру современной цивилистики, а именно то, что: общая структура юриспруденции может определяться только проблемой; составные части юриспруденции, её понятия и предложения должны оставаться специфическим образом привязанными к проблеме и поэтому могут пониматься, лишь исходя из проблем; понятия и предложения юриспруденции могут быть принесены в импликацию, которая остается привязанной к проблеме.

In this research the author tries to prove that the topic structure of themodern civil law, namely that the common structure of the jurisprudence can be defined by the problem only; integral parts of thejurisprudence, its concepts and offers must remain specifically connected to the problem and therefore can be understood only on thebase of the problem; concepts and offers of the jurisprudence can be involved in the implication which remains related to the problem.
