Course Aim: The course describes main doctrines of Human Rights, their classification and controversy, touches upon the issue of universality of human rights and problems of cultural and legal relativism

Course Objectives:
- To explain role  of  Human Rights in the legal and political system of the Russian Federation
- To form knowledge of the  legal instruments of  human rights protection
- To improve  students  skills to apply Human Rights law
