Technical Translation

Technical Translation (4 cr., offered on request)
Course Aim:  To teach the basic techniques and methods of translation of technical and special literature.
Course Objectives:
–   acquiring of knowledge of translation peculiarities of engineering and special texts; 
–   learning lexical and grammatical characteristics of special literature;
–   acquisition of translation skills and experience on the basis of IT recourses; 
–   expansion of corresponding vocabulary.
