05.05.2017  New Program “Presentation Master” designed by NovSU associate professor

A new program of further education “Presentation Master” was designed in Novgorod University. The course consists of three parts: preparation, design and delivery of presentation. It is designed for students, faculty members and everyone interested. The course is 36 hours.

The author claims that the course “Presentation Master” will help to:

• overcome the fear of public speaking;
• organize your speech and convey ideas clearly;
• create effective visuals;
• control nonverbal signals;
• make your presentation professional, impressive and persuasive. 

Instructor: Dr. Natalia Ilyashenko, a Head of Information and Analysis Section of the NovSU Office of International Affairs, Associate Professor of Economic and Management, PhD in Education; has more than 25-year experience in the field of international affairs and cross-cultural business communication. On September 2011 - March 2012 as a Fulbright visiting scholar she conducted a research in the field of cross-cultural business communication at the  Portland State University (Oregon, USA), which resulted in the following courses: Business Communication; International Business Etiquette; Cross-Cultural Business Behavior. Natalia Ilyashenko designed and successfully teaches those courses.
