20.02.2017  "With Pen and Brush" exhibition opened in the NovSU Scientific Library

On February 18, "With Pen and Brush" exhibition by Tatyana Konkova and Fedor Komoltsev opened in the University Libraryat 3 a.m. in the scientific library of the Novgorod State University.

The artists presented more than twenty of their works – Tatiana Konkova’s oil painting and Fedor Komoltsev’s graphics.

Fedor Komoltsev was born in 1958 in the city of Revda, Sverdlovsk Region. In 1979, he moved to Novgorod. In 1983, he graduated from the Graphic Arts Department of The Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia. He is a painter and graphic artist. He was published in the Novgorod media many times. In 2016, in the "Dialogue" Hall there was his personal exhibition. He worked on illustrations for the collections of Novgorod poets Alexander Zadvornev and Gennady Podlesnykh. 

Tatiana Konkova was born in 1959 in the city of Chelyabinsk. She graduated from the Chelyabinsk Art School in 1980. She moved to Novgorod in 1984. She is the constant participant of open-air workshops of the folk’s regional center of art and reporting exhibitions. She paints landscapes, still lives, portraits, historical compositions, makes collages of fabrics and plastics made of papier-mâché and other materials.
