19.12.2015  Visit of NovSU delegation to the University of Hildesheim (Germany)

NovSU delegation visited University of Hildesheim where the results of both universities’ partnership were traditionally summarized. President of NovSU Anatoly Gavrikov, Vice Rector for International Affairs Mikhail Pevzner, the Head of Pedagogics, Technology and Crafts Pyotr Petryakov and the Head of International Academic Programs (Office for International Affairs) Irina Ushanova were in the delegation.

According to the Vice Rector for International Affairs Mikhail Pevzner cooperation of the universities is intensively developing in several directions: 

Firstly, participation in TEMPUS-4 “Training of Teachers and Educational Managers for Work with Heterogeneous Groups and the Organizations” joint project in which universities take the leading positions, playing an important role in creation of the international academic community which includes higher education institutions of the different countries of the world.

Rectors of higher education Institutions - of the project consortium - play the leading part in the development of cros-cultural communications and establishment of partnership relations, despite the aggravation of the political situation in the world. 

Secondly, realization of the joint double diploma educational programs. This year, a new program in “International Communication” has started. The program is implemented with the financial support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Today, design of the third program “Technology and Computer Science” is in process. 

Thirdly, preparation for the holding the International Congress of Humanization of Education, which will  take place in Hildesheim in September 2016.
