Diya Dzhavishya, the  NovSU student from Syria, wants to help his compatriots who are left homeless – the Internet edition “Direct speech” informs. The civil conflict in Syria has been going on for more than two years. Diya Dzhavishy says: “Things are so bad in Syria that people eat cats and dogs. I’ve just called my father and he told me that they had no food. I want to send him some money thus he will be able to go to Lebanon, buy products and distribute them to the people in need. ”Diya also pointed out that his fellow students had responded to his request and they’d managed to gather a small amount of money. Diya hopes that Novgorodians won’t stay on the sidelines and will also render their assistance.
