Расчет диаграмм состояния бинарных AIII BV систем в рамках обобщенной решеточной модели
Derivation of the diagrams of binary AIIIBV systems in the generalized lattice model
На основе обобщенной решеточной модели описаны моновариантные фазовые равновесия в бинарных растворах In—Sb, In—As, Al—P и Al—Sb. Найдены параметры обобщенной решеточной модели для указанных систем, выполнен расчет диаграмм состояния бинарных растворов In—Sb, In—As, Al—P и Al—Sb во всей области концентраций.

In the framework of the generalized lattice model the monovariant equilibria are described in binary solutions In—Sb, In—As, Al—P and Al—Sb. The parameters of the generalized lattice model for these systems are obtained, phase diagrams of binary solutions In—Sb, In—As, Al—P and Al—Sb was derived in the whole concentration range.
